Casa Caravan is a real place — a kitchen where the sourdough is fed and the ferments are made, and a room where the gongs are played. It's the source of everything here: the bread culture, the slow foods, the sound.
We've spent years on a living sourdough and on a small reputation for honest, healthy food. The shop is being rebuilt from the ground up — a cleaner home, the same hands.
